FIELD: nuclear power engineering. SUBSTANCE: spacer grid has cells to receive fuel elements which are spaced apart at desired distance and made of tube sections; each cell is hexahedral stamping with local dents made in center of each of its three sides and spaced 120 deg. apart; holes are provided on remaining three sides; cells are arranged in grid so that each side with dent of one cell corresponds to side with hole of adjacent cell and that cells are joined together over six sides by weld points located on same axis with cell dent. EFFECT: facilitated assembling of fuel bundles excluding wear of claddings and bending of fuel elements, reduced hydraulic resistance. 4 dwg
