FIELD: electrical engineering, high-voltage and superhigh-voltage instrument transformers with insulation filling agent. SUBSTANCE: high-voltage voltage transformer has metal frame 1 filled with insulation medium that houses rectangular magnetic core 2 with electrostatic shields 3, 4 and 5 closing two side and one bottom yokes of magnetic core 2. Main 6 and additional 7 windings of lower voltage are placed over leg 8 of magnetic core 2. Higher voltage winding 9 is wound over main low-voltage winding 6 and is closed by electrostatic shield 10. Metal tube 11 passing coaxially through porcelain insulator 12 filled with insulation medium, put on upper flange 13 of frame 1 by means of metal semi-rings 14 and sealed tight with the aid of metal plug 15 and another pair of semi-rings 16 is anchored in shield 10. Insulation cylinder 17 of high-strength material sealed tight by metal cover 18 linked to plug 15 with the help of metal contact connection 19 and filled with insulation medium is installed inside porcelain insulator 12.
