In introducing supporting member and optic part of the lens, the latter is hold with pusher using special hole for pusher end to be placed. To introduce upper supporting member with the catcher introduced into the anterior chamber through cornea paracentesis, upper supporting member loop is caught with catcher end piece produced as hanging drop. The upper supporting member is compressed. The lower supporting member is pressed against capsule wall and compressed. Capsulorhexis edge is caught and pulled for the superior supporting member to be placed there. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of operation; simplified method. 3 cl, 2 dwg
