SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to dermatology, and can be used to treat patients with ring-shaped granuloma. Laser beam is sent to the skin, which is divided into a beam of microscopic beams of about 80 per cm2, with a diameter of 0.1–0.2 mm. Laser with a wavelength of 2,940 nm, a dose density of 2.59 J/cm2, a frequency of 2 Hz, a beam diameter of 7 mm. Laser exposure is performed 2 times a month at intervals of 2 weeks for 10 minutes. Course of treatment includes 4 to 8 procedures.
EFFECT: method ensures an increase in the effectiveness of treatment and a reduction in its timing due to point destruction of the granulomatous infiltrate in the dermis, while the surrounding cells are not damaged and rapid tissue regeneration takes place.
