SUBSTANCE: invention proposes an agent for lysis of cells of gram-positive and gram-negative-microorganisms containing lysoamidase, polymixin B and buffer solution at the following ratio of components, mcg/ml: lysoamidase 1 000-3 000; polymixin B 20-50 and buffer solution - the rest. Proposed agent is able to lyse cells of both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria including pathogenic ones that are able to cause serious infection diseases, in part, in the mouth cavity. Invention can be used for preparing enzyme agents of the broad spectrum of effect that are used in medicine for treatment of external infection diseases and in genetics, molecular biology, biochemistry and laboratory practice also.
