FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and represents lytic protease AlpB of bacteria Lysobacter sp. XL1. It also relates to fragment of DNA of bacterium Lysobacter sp. XL1, coding lytic protease AlpB; and method for production of lytic protease AlpB in vitro. To produce ferment, DNA fragment section containing fragment of gene alpB of bacterium Lysobacter sp. XL1 is cloned in cells of bacterium Escherichia coli, coding preferment of lytic protease AlpB with disturbed signal peptide or without, production of this preferment in cells of Escherichia coli bacterium, its development in non-active denatured form as inclusion bodies, renaturation and activation of proferment of lytic protease AlpB in vitro.
