FIELD: powder metallurgy, applicable in construction, aviation, motor industry, lift engineering, etc. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in mixing of powders of aluminium alloy with porofos, filling of the vessel with the obtained mix, cold compaction, heating of the obtained blank to a temperature below the temperature of formation of the most low-melting eutectic of the blank material by 10 to 20 C, hot deformation by rolling, heating of the obtained plate blank to a temperature of 300 to 450 C, delay at this temperature for 90 to 120 min, shaping of the blank into the ready-made product and subsequent high-temperature thermal treatment of surface. EFFECT: expanded range of porous configured products, enhanced labour productivity by 6-8 times at production of a dense blank, and enhanced ingot-to-product yield from 75% to 85% on bar, and from 0% to 71% on ready-made product. 1 cl, 3 ex
