SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing aluminum alloy powders with blowing agent; spilling obtained mixture into vessel; providing cold pressing and heating of obtained blank to temperature 10-20 C below temperature at which lightest eutecticum of blank material occurs; providing hot deformation with following placing of blank in mold; subjecting to high-temperature treatment with following cooling to temperature of 300-450 C; working surface of obtained porous half-finished product.
