FIELD: heating liquid diesel fuel for heating internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: practically entire pipe line 3 of device 1 for feeding diesel fuel between tank 2 and heater 4 is heated in first circulating loop 6 of liquid cooling system. Heating is effected first by feeding gasoline to heater 4 or by electric heating and by feeding diesel fuel after starting phase. After preset temperature of water has been obtained, additional circulating loop of liquid cooling system may be switched on. Preheating may be also effected electrically with air heater working on diesel fuel. EFFECT: simplified construction; possibility of placing proposed heater in operation at very low outside temperatures. 29 cl, 12 dwg
