FIELD: medicine, obstetrics. SUBSTANCE: method includes taking reanimating measures just after birth; placing of infant into device filled with solution preliminary heated up to temperature of 37-38 C in which infant is kept for, at least, 24 h, with intensive therapy and artificial pulmonary ventilation. Alternation of infant staying in solution and in standard vessel with continuous reduction of staying in solution. Solution composition is close to that of amniotic fluid. Methods is realized with use of device having body with transparent hood, device for supply of oxygen, heating elements, temperature-sensitive elements, brackets for systems of continuous intravenous injections, inlets of pipes of artificial pulmonary ventilation, movable frame on wheels. In addition, device has water-permeable framework located inside bath filled with solution and fastened inside body. Bath has, appliances for supply of oxygen to solution. Water-permeable framework may be fastened in bath. Transparent hood is located above framework.
