FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing an aqueous-alcoholic liquid (proof is 40%) from rectified ethyl alcohol "LUKS" and drinking water. A mixture is treated with activated carbon and the following components are added: 65.8%-th sugar syrup, filtrate obtained by infusion of dried wheat yeastless small loafs and obtained by their a single infusion in an aqueous-alcoholic liquid and an infusion filtration and also a solution of sodium succinate as a filtrate. Filtrate is obtained by interaction of sodium hydrocarbonate with succinic acid solution at the following filtration.
