SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: sodium hydrocarbonate, 0.1-0.3 kg; complex food supplement "Vodelpan", 2.0-4.0 kg; sugar syrup with the concentration 65.8%, 18.0-21.0 l; yeast-free wheat small loafs aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the 1st blend, 2.0-5.0 l; 9% apple vinegar, 0.1-0.4 l, and rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength 40%. Invention provides enhancing organoleptic indices of vodka by conferring milder taste and specific vodka aroma with barely detection of freshly mowed grass in after tasting based on its components and their quantitative ratio, to enrich vodka with carbohydrates, active substances and vitamins that reduces its toxicity by 30%. The tasting score of vodka is 9.65. Invention can be used in manufacturing vodka.
