SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: complex nutrient supplement "Frulakt Plus", 2.5-3.5 kg; sodium hydrocarbonate, 0.05-0.3 kg; succinic acid, 0.01-0.1 kg; sugar syrup with the concentration 65.8%, 10.0-13.0 l; wheat embryo flakes of the 1-st blend, 5.0-6.0 l, and rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and drinking water with the content of natural silver ions up to 0.03 mg/dm³, the balance, to provide the strength value 40%. Invention provides enhancing organoleptic indices of vodka by conferring milder taste and specific vodka aroma with barely detected mild cream-coffee after tasting by the combination of all components, decreasing its toxicity by 40% and enhancing stability in storing based on using water with the natural content of silver. The tasting score of vodka is 9.63.
