SUBSTANCE: in the proppant production method, which includes two types bauxites annealing, grinding its mixtures, granulating, drying of granules, sieving, granules annealing, annealed granules sieving, for the grinding the mixture of separately annealed bauxites in the following ratio is used, wt %: bauxite of Iksinsky deposit 55.0-95.0; bauxite (Sardinia, Italy) 5.0-45.0, at that the bauxite (Sardinia, Italy) annealing is carried out at the temperature of 1050-1300°C up to the water absorption of 13-22%, and the bauxite of Iksinsky deposit annealing is carried out at the temperature of 1100-1450°C up to the water absorption of 11-25%. The proppant obtained by the above mentioned method in the form of 0.15-2.5 mm granules, has the following chemical composition, wt %: aluminium oxide 54.00-74.00, silicon dioxide 15.00-25.00, iron oxide 4.00-11.60, titanium oxide 3.00-4.40, calcium oxide 0.60-3.00, chromium oxide 0.35-0.80, potassium oxide 0.20-0.40, sodium oxide 0.35-0.60, magnesium oxide 0.20-0.40, zirconium oxide 0.10-0.30, vanadium oxide 0.0-0.20, sulfur oxide 0.00-0.30 and the phase composition, %: mullite - 30-55, asteria - 15-35, pseudobrookite - 1.0-4.0, hematite - 0-5.0, tialite - 0-2.0, anorthite - 0-2.0, glass phase 20-30.
EFFECT: expansion of the proppant materials range, having increased strength and chemical resistance.
