FIELD: automatic formation of powder charges. SUBSTANCE: proposed process makes it feasible to produce charges of various powder composition using three different brands of powder and to continue formation of powder charge in case of stoppage of mitering circuit. Process includes placement of powders in three separate vessels, volumetric metering, portion weighing with determination of weight deviation and feed of powder over flexible charging hoses by means of flexible restoring screw conveyers to pyrotechnic installation. Each separate charge uses not more than two brands of powder to form two independent charge forming branches. EFFECT: increased efficiency of process. 1 dwg
