FIELD: shipbuilding; devices for reducing vibrations of ship's hull caused by hydrodynamic action of her propellers. SUBSTANCE: device includes system of openings in ship's bottom in area of propeller (in front of it) and main connected with system of openings and with air source. Water main is connected with system of openings and with air main through regulating valves, as well as water delivery pump. Section of water main has smooth restriction followed by smooth widening of cross section in are where water and air mains are connected together. One end of air main is connected with water main directly in area of minimum cross section of above-mentioned section; other end of air main is brought in communication either with atmosphere or with blower. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of vibration dampening. 2 cl, 2 dwg
