FIELD: sugar industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves boiling out massecuite in vacuum apparatus; feeding massecuite from vacuum apparatus into massecuite mixer; introducing therein crystalline sugar and providing additional crystallization of sugar from mother solution by cooling massecuite in crystallization apparatus and providing centrifuging process. Massecuite is boiled out in vacuum apparatus until crystal content is 37-38%. After delivering from vacuum apparatus into feeding massecuite mixer, final-product sugar is introduced therein at the rate of 2-3% by weight of massecuite. In order to reduce viscosity of mother solution and improve centrifuging conditions, distilled mild monoglyceride is introduced into massecuite in an amount of 0.005-0.01% simultaneously with crystalline sugar.
EFFECT: deeper molasses desugarization and improved conditions for separation of final massecuite in centrifuges.
