FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgical instruments and can be used, for instance in orthopaedics. Medical device for bone tissue processing contains case, means for drive connection, handle and reduction gear. Reduction gear is placed in case and has output shaft in form of spindle means of chuck fixation and input shaft with tooth wheel. Tooth wheel is cinematically connected with output shaft by driving gears. Output shaft is made as one whole with located in case stepped flange. Stepped flange has central hole for toothed wheel and, as minimum, three radial openings for driving gears. Driving gears are located on stepped flange radii oriented at equal angles to each other. Smaller flange step is made in form of support for interaction with bearing. Driving gears are cinematically connected with additional gear. Additional gear is fixed around stepped flange on internal case surface or driving gears are cinematically connected with additional gear, made around flange as one whole with case. Driving gears are installed on axes all ends of which are fixed in walls of openings. Walls of openings have minimal thickness 0.8 of diametre of corresponding axis end.
EFFECT: reduction of radial beat of rotating elements of medical device for bone tissue processing and, as a result, in improved interaction of pins and cutting instruments used in medicine with bone tissues.
