FIELD: fire-fighting equipment, in particular, equipment for fire-shielding and preventing fire from spreading in oil tank storage. SUBSTANCE: fire interception fender has casing and fire-intercepting device made in the form of stacked flat corrugated plates forming pack, which is provided with embracing holder made from material possessing increased heat-conductivity. Fire-intercepting device is composed of at least two such packs, whose holders are in thermal contact with fire-interception fender casing. EFFECT: simplified construction and increased efficiency in fire interception. 3 cl, 4 dwg
