FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: device may be used in processes associated with control of reduction-oxidation properties and biochemical activity of water and water solutions in diaphragm electrolyzers. Device has coaxially positioned electrodes with microfiltration diaphragm placed between them, lower and upper heads clamped by threaded connection on internal electrode ends. Each head is provided with two hydraulic channels. Internal surface of each head has two restricting recesses: first recess engages external tubular electrode, and second recess interacts with cylindrical sealing gasket of S-shaped section positioned on diaphragm ends.
