FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: device may be used in processes associated with electrochemical control of reduction-oxidation properties and biochemical activity of water and water solutions in diaphragm electrolyzers. Device has coaxially-positioned electrodes with microfiltration diaphragm placed between them. It also has lower and upper heads clamped by threaded connected on internal electrode ends. Each head is provided with two hydraulic channels. Two restricting recesses are made on internal surface of each head: first recess engages external tubular electrode, and second recess with groove made on it interacts with cylindrical sealing gasket of T-shaped section positioned of diaphragm ends.
