FIELD: traumatology and orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: supporting assembly is sued during operative treatment of degenerative dystrophic diseases of joints. Supporting assembly has inclined cone with spherical head set on it and elastoplastic neck coupled to inclined supporting area. Spherical head is positioned in cup of prosthesis of cotyloid cavity which has spherical contact surface or is fitted with insert having spherical contact surface. Spherical head is made of vacuum-tight fine-grained material on bases of highly cleaned aluminium oxide. Elastoplastic neck and cup of cotyloid cavity prosthesis are manufactured of nonferromagnetic dispersion-hardening chrome-nickel alloy with additives of aluminium, iron, manganese, silicon, carbon, phosphorus, and sulphur with the following content of components: Cr, within 39-41%; Ni, within 54.5-56.7%; Al, within 3.3-3.8%; Fy, 0.6%; Mn, up to 0.1%; Si, up to 0.1%; C, up to 0.03%; P, up to 0.01%; and S, up 0.01%. Elastoplastic neck and insert with spherical contact surface are made of the nonferromagnetic dispersion-hardening chrome nickel alloy of the composition. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and wear-resistance. 5 cl, 3 tbl, 4 dwg
