Polynucleotide sequence encoding fused protein has the structural formula A-B-C where A means the sequence of nucleotides 10-1311 in SEQ ID NO; B means Asn-Cys-Ser-Phe-Gln and C means the sequence encoding polypeptide KM 31-7. Polypeptide KM 31-7 has an amino acid sequence 1-526 in SEQ ID N 12. Pharmaceutical composition has polypeptide KM 31-7 in combination with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier for its. Monoclonal antibody interacts specifically with polypeptide KM 31-7 and produced by the strain of hybrid cultured cells Mus musculus MKM 150-2 FERM BP-5086 and relates to isotope IgG 1. Invention ensures to obtain the new polypeptide showing reducing activity in vivo and can be used for treatment of patients with diseases induced by oxidative stress.
