SUBSTANCE: apparatus has auger feeder with charging branch pipes, stopper, guiding sleeve, impregnation chamber and additional compaction chamber. Guiding sleeve has toothed crown gear on its outer surface and is mounted for rotational movement relative to longitudinal axis. Guiding sleeve is further provided with nozzles positioned for rotational movement with respect to longitudinal axis. Each nozzle has toothed crown.
