BEARING PRESS-FITTING DEVICE Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed bearing press-fitting device has rotor alignment stand, bearing press-fitting unit, two bearing feed units and great number of stops. Bearing press-fitting unit has press-fitting cylinder with main housing and piston rod connected with two movable blocks shifted along guide rail, and two bearing holders installed opposite to each other coaxially with shaft of engine of rotor engine of rotor installed on rotor alignment stand and coupled with movable blocks, respectively. Bearing feed units are installed opposite to each other to provide delivery of indicated bearings to bearing holders of bearing press-fitted unit. Stops (limiters) limit displacement of movable blocks, thus providing accurate directing of brings fed by bearing feed units into inner part of bearing holders of bearing press-fitting unit. Thanks to it bearings are moved towards rotor close to each other along guide rail coaxially with engine shaft. EFFECT: simplified press-fitting of bearings from both sides of engine shaft without application of man force. 5 cl, 5 dwg
