FIELD: stomatology. SUBSTANCE: device may be used to restore and stabilize normal sizes of spaces in dental row. The device has standard metal ring with space preserving member. Locks-tubes are welded on external surface of ring from cheek and tongue sides. Side arms of clamp enter upper or lower holes of cheek and tongue locks-tubes. Clamp is held by removable member made of edging wire. Part of arms is provided with stopping bands which prevent them from sliding to the rear of locks-tubes. Tongue and cheek arms contain two active springy loops each in two mutually perpendicular planes with one or two turns. They are positioned horizontally and vertically and are open laterally and upwards. As a result, time of manufacture of orthodontic device is reduced. EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities. 1 dwg
