BLOWING STATION Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

Abstract RU 2144626 C1

FIELD: compressor and air blowing stations. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pulsating flow noise dampers and it can be used in different branches of industry where air produced by compressor or air blowing stations is used in production processes. Air blowing station has suction pipe with blower, and clean air chamber whose inner surface is lined up with noise damping material. Chamber is provided with inlet branch pipe connected with filter and outlet branch pipe. Outlet branch pipe is made in form of tapering nozzle. Larger base of outlet branch pipe is connected with clean air chamber, and smaller base is connected with blower suction pipe. Screw grooves are made on inner surface of tapering nozzle, i.e. outlet branch pipe. Screw grooves are laid longitudinally from larger base to smaller base. EFFECT: increased efficiency of noise damping by reducing aerodynamic vibration effect of outlet branch pipe. 2 dwg
