FIELD: satellite communication. SUBSTANCE: group of satellites which are distributed around Earth provides communication network for establishing global communication of user stations. In principle, user stations may establish communication in arbitrary position on Earth. Some objects like radio astronomy stations may be subjected to jamming caused by communication of user stations. So user stations, which are located within regions subjected to noise, for example, in proximity of radio astronomy stations, are prohibited to establish communication of signals which may cause jamming. Goal of invention is achieved by reception of radio beacon signals which are emitted by radio astronomy station and cause no noise. Said beacon regularly emits control signal which is synchronized with control signal of satellite which provides service of user station. Information which is stored in control signal of radio beacon prohibits communication from respective user station. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 18 cl, 9 dwg
