FIELD: instruments, in particular, prevention of fire and explosion in aircraft and spaceship tanks. SUBSTANCE: device has pressurized measuring chamber for igniting discharge in gas mix arriving from tank to be tested, pressure gauge for measuring pressure inside measuring chamber, pressure regulation unit inside chamber, proportioning device for input of gas mix into measuring chamber, unit for synchronization of its operations with pulse power supply of discharge electrodes, channels for measuring emission of hydrogen, oxygen, helium and nitrogen together with gas emission spectral detectors and photodetectors. In addition device has three microprocessors for normalization of intensity of emission of hydrogen, oxygen, and nitrogen with respect to intensity of helium emission, two microprocessors for normalization of electric signals which correspond to emission of hydrogen and oxygen with respect to electric signal, which corresponds to nitrogen emission, and one microprocessor for detection of real value of hydrogen and oxygen concentration and sending alarm signal.
