SUBSTANCE: facility includes optically coupled pulse source of light radiation, oxygen luminescent sensor, photodetector and electric circuit for measurement and control over length of light pulse that incorporates electrically coupled start-stop generator for excitation of pulse source of light radiation, two circuits for comparison of measured signal with preset value, former of fixing voltage coupled to comparison circuits, unit for extraction of time interval proportional time of scintillation decay, limiter of length of excitation pulses, retrieval and storage unit, microcontroller to convert measurements to values of concentration of oxygen and indication unit.
