FIELD: medicine, in particular, spine curvature correcting device. SUBSTANCE: orthopedic pad has flat base provided with projection on its one side and made from resilient plastic material. Projection is made in the form of part shaped to conform anatomical structure of cervico-thoracal region of patient lying on orthopedic device, which completely restores its initial shape, when patient is in vertical position. Construction of device allows neck muscles to be relaxed, spine to take correct position, loading to be uniformly distributed during sleeping and venous outflow from skull cavity to be improved.
