FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: in a method of refining hard-refinable vegetable oils, involving neutralization of hydrogenated oil with alkali reagent, separation of resulting mixture into neutralized oil and soap stock, and washing of neutralized oil, neutralization and bleaching are carried out simultaneously by treating hydrogenated oil at 55-65 C with sodium silicate aqueous solution having concentration 200-250 g/l in amounts required to neutralize free fatty acid plus 5-10% excess. Mixture of neutralized oil and soap stock is affected by alternate rotating electromagnetic field with magnetic induction 0.2-0.4 Tl at 55-65 C in treatment zone and then separated in thin layer (20-25 mm) at flow velocity 4-6 m/s. EFFECT: improved oil quality and increased its yield. 3 tbl, 3 ex
