SUBSTANCE: multitap receiver of RAKE type for communication system with widened spectrum has device integrating symbols that includes adder to sum up values of output signals of Walsh indices that are generated in sequence by correlator with use of algorithm of fast Walsh transform in agreement with N code Walsh sequences with value generated by last stage of N-stage shift register and N-stage shift register for shift of collected value of output signal of RAKE receiver corresponding to each index of Walsh symbol generated by mentioned adder for each retrieval of values of symbols across taps of multitap receiver, first logic unit making decision on determination of maximum value by way of sequential sorting of output signal of device integrating symbols and forming Walsh index corresponding to generated maximum value in the capacity of code word and second logic unit making decision on sorting and subtraction of output signal of mentioned device integrating symbols in agreement with state of each binary digit of corresponding index and formation of value of probability of mentioned code word.
