SUBSTANCE: device to control hatch covers at hydraulic cleaning of open-top cars has rod 2 one end of which is provided with metal end piece with hook 5 for hatch cover hinge mounted on end face, and flexible member with grip 7 on end. Flexible member is secured on end piece at a certain distance from hinge joint. Semiround grip is installed between plate and side wall of car. Hook on end face of end piece is of rectangular shape.
