SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new peptides showing capability to interact with intracellular signal transducer that inhibits the process of signal transfer and resulting to proliferation and motility of cells. Invention describes the novel peptide showing the amino acid sequence of part of receptor of intracellular region of human hepatocyte growth factor of the general formula: Xn-YVN (or H) V - Xc where Xn and Xc - each has the sequence from 0 to 16 amino acids. Peptides can be used for treatment of patients with tumor diseases. Invention describes the method of their synthesis, pharmaceutical composition and the method of its preparing.
