SUBSTANCE: vodka "Legenda Rossii zolotaya" comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: rosewort extract dry "Relikt", 0.02-0.08 kg; wheat aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first blend, 7.0-9.0 l; 65.8% sugar syrup, 15.0-17.0; rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified dinking water, the balance, to provides the strength value 40%. Invention provides enhancing organoleptic indices: tasting score - 9.8 and the content of biologically active substances of ready product by 20% that reduces its toxicity by 25%. Also, invention provides reducing the cost by 10% and expanding assortment of vodkas conferring vodka aroma with barely detected butterfly orchid tint and mild taste with barely detected after taste of creamy press cake to proposed vodka.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of vodka.
