Fuel-element insulating core is installed in parallel with guide for rotating about its axis from additional drive kinematically coupled with shaft drive. Binding rings are provided with hooks; fuel-element feeder incorporating set of feeding magazines and roller with threaded grooves is mounted on carriage at certain angle to core axis.
