FIELD: high-voltage equipment manufacture; metal-clad gas-insulated switchgear. SUBSTANCE: rotating shaft imparts its motion through leverage and control rod to ground stake connected to main current-carrying circuit of metal-clad gas-insulated switchgear, in the action, one part of stake is first to be connected to part being grounded and then, in further movement, other part of rod by means of which this part is connected through current-collecting contacts to ground. When first part of stake comes in contact with part being grounded, current-carrying circuit of switchgear is electrically connected to bushing insulator through flexible insulated conductor which makes it possible to calibrate partial-discharge measuring circuit (such as, switchgear insulation diagnosing system) using single pulse charge of partial discharges and bushing insulator lead and to measure resistance of section in main current-carrying circuit of switchgear between two ground stakes.
