FIELD: communication equipment. SUBSTANCE: device provides sorting of data elements in flow of data elements which are transmitted through serial circuit of first commutation unit, buffer register, and second commutation unit. Goal of invention is achieved by introduced repeated sorting unit which is connected to second commutation unit, delay measuring circuit, which is connected to buffer register and is used for measuring time delay of each data element in buffer register. In addition device has unit for transmission of measured delay to repeated sorting unit. When data element has been switched by second commutation unit, repeated sorting unit provides time delay for this data element. Time delay is equal to difference between constant value of time delay and transmitted delay value. EFFECT: prevention of delay jitter caused by buffer. 5 cl, 4 dwg
