FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing berberine in immobilized cellular culture of meadow-rue (Thalictrum minus L.). Method involves immobilization of suspension culture on polyurethane foam small blocks followed by small blocks washing out from freely suspended cells in hormone-free medium for 24 h. The growth and producing nutrient media have additionally: growth nutrient medium has 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid in the amount 0.1-1 mg/l and producing nutrient medium has 6-benzylaminopurine in the amount 0.5-1 mg/l. Content of pyridoxine hydrochloride in both media is 3-7 mg/l. EFFECT: increased yield of berberine, multiple use of expensive biomass. 3 ex
