FIELD: pipe line fittings; shut-off and adjusting devices for cold and hot water supply systems. SUBSTANCE: damper includes branch pipe and body with seat and sealing surface. Swivel disk is secured as cantilever on drive shaft mounted in body perpendicularly relative to axis of symmetry of its straightway hole and is shifted relative to this axis. Sealing surface of seat is cylindrical in shape. Axis of sealing surface is inclined relative to axis of symmetry of straightway hole of body.
