FIELD: valve engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to valve engineering, in particular, to disk-type valve gates applied in industrial pipeline valves, and is intended for controlling and shutting off working media of liquids and gases. Disk-type straight-flow gate valve comprises one input and one output flanges, a body provided with a seat with a sealing surface, a shaft installed in the body by means of bearing bushings, perpendicular to the axis of symmetry of the through hole thereof with an offset relative to said axis, a disk installed on the shaft, locked from rotation on the shaft by keys, a lamella is placed on the disk, the external face whereof has a conical surface, packing, a packing cover, a drive. Through inclined channels are made on the sides of the disk located on both sides of the shaft, connecting the cylindrical surface of the disk and the lateral sides thereof, wherein the axes of the channels lie in the meridional planes of the disk.
EFFECT: proposed structure of a disk-type straight-flow gate valve allows for a reduction in the intensity of cavitation in the process of control of the flow of liquid media.
