SUBSTANCE: invention provides novel amidoalkanolnitrates with general formula ANH(CH2)nO, wherein A is residue of acetic acid substituted by nicotinoylamino group and n=2, or A is residue of propionic acid substituted by nicotinoylamino group and n=2, or A is residue of butyric acid substituted by nicotinoylamino group and n=3, or A is residue of capronic acid substituted by nicotinoylamino group and n=2, or A is residue of acetic acid substituted by isonicotinoylamino group and n= 2, or A is residue of propionic acid substituted by isonicotinoylamino group and n= 2, or A is residue of butyric acid substituted by isonicotinoylamino group and n=2, or A is residue of butyric acid substituted by isonicotinoylamino group and n=2, or A is group O2NOCH2CH2NHC(CH2)3NHC(O)PyC(O)NH(CH2)3C(O), wherein Py is 2 and 6-substituted pyridine, and n=2. Compounds exhibit coronarodilatory effect and lower toxicity to warm- blooded animals. They also can form platinum, palladium, and other metal complexes.
