FIELD: control equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has tank with input and output holes, gate for measuring through section of output hole of tank, gate drive, force measuring detector, tray which interacts with flow of sand material, pneumatic cylinder control circuit, which has input pneumatic nozzle, which is connected to air, and shutter with drive. Input and output pneumatic nozzles are coaxial and are mounted with space between them. Shutter is spaced with respect to output pneumatic nozzle for reciprocal movement in direction which is perpendicular to axis of input and output pneumatic nozzles. This design provides possibility to eliminate mechanical contact between shutter and nozzle, so that mechanical wear of members of regulator is prevented. EFFECT: increased reliability of device operations, decreased power required for driving shutter, since shutter is not pressed against nozzle. 1 dwg
