FIELD: medicine; medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method involves using main turbulent flow for creating vacuum space in chamber, building a spraying flow for creating water jet pulsations and cyclic impact of the main turbulent flow with lateral spraying flow directed to meet each other. The lateral spraying flow is cut into two parts engageable to each other in the vacuum space and produce additional impacts. The main turbulent flow of the vacuum space is lifted and accumulated forming in this way gas-and-fluid chamber and then it is used once more. The device has nozzle with floating cup. Worm ending with cone is available in nozzle body. Body canal has three areas following each other: a cylindrical one, a conic one and a widening one ending in smooth transition part becoming end surface. The floating cup is mounted by means of pressure cone with radial through cut. Fixed cup is mounted on inside the floating one on body flange.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
