After preliminary treatment of parent drinking water and before its saturation with carbon dioxide solution of vitamins B₁, PP, B₆,B₁₅, C, U, calcium pantothenate are added additionally followed by addition of trace and macroelements: iron, iodine, copper, manganese, magnesium, potassium, calcium, zinc, molybdenum, cobalt, phosphorus, selenium in the amount providing their level in ready drinking water, mg/l, not above: B₁ 20.0; PP 50.0; B₆ 10.0; B₁₅ 10.0; C 150.0; U 5.0; calcium pantothenate 20.0; Fe⁺² 10.0; J^- 0.2; Cu⁺² 10.0; Mn⁺² 10.0; Mg⁺² 110.0; K⁺ 50.0; Ca⁺² 120.0; Zn⁺² 10.0; Mo⁺² 1.0; Co⁺² 0.1; P 50.0; Se 0.01. Carbon dioxide concentration is 3 g/l, not above. Artesian and drinking water from centralized water supply system can be used as parent water source. Vitamins, trace element and macroelements are taken depending on its deficiency in drinking water and foodstuffs in particular reside region and season.
