Abstract RU 2159804 C2

FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: disintegrator has housing with inlet and outlet branch pipes, rotor with blind openings in its cylindrical surface. Rotor is positioned axially of housing. Openings in rotor surface are communicating with housing openings via annular channel. Housing openings are made in perforated ring, with convex parts between them being positioned at side adjacent to annular channel. These openings provide communication between annular channel and cavity between perforated ring and housing. This cavity is isolated from inlet and outlet branch pipes and is communicated with static disintegrator having process branch pipes positioned in water and water steam sections and isolated with nonrigid perforated partition wall. Drive urges partition wall to reciprocate and bend toward water section, with following stirring toward water steam section communicated with jet pump vacuumizer. Such construction allows cattle manure in animal farms to be utilized and protein-vitamin additives, methane, deuterium, oxygen and compost to be produced.
