FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: refuse chute has barrel with loading and discharge openings. Also provided is device for elimination of plug occurred in barrel. Device is moving inside barrel during operation. Device is made up of rod. One end of rod is provided with wedge-shaped head-piece with cleansing tool located under it. Other end of rod is rigidly connected with second rod. Cleansing tool intended for contacting plug from underneath is made up in the form of vertical strips. Upper ends of strips are pivotally connected to rod. Strips can be moved apart in radial direction. Cleansing tool is provided with mechanism for imparting reciprocating motion. To reach position where plug is located, length of rods is increased by adding other rods. Coaxiality of barrel and cleansing tool during reciprocating motion is ensured by means of guide members attached to rods. Application of aforesaid embodiment of cleansing device adds more reliability to normal functioning of refuse chute. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 3 dwg
