FIELD: construction engineering; sanitary appliances of buildings and structures refuse chutes. SUBSTANCE: method includes following procedures: cuts are on edges of vertical flanges of valve body to receive bolts. Valve body is installed with bolts inserted in its cuts. Each flange is covered with lath that has cuts mating those of body; after that bolt nuts are tightened up until lathes are pressed to flanges. Body may be fastened to bore also by placing sealing material over entire perimeter of valve and using at least three bracing members. EFFECT: improved reliability due to enhanced tightness. 2 cl, 5 dwg
