FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: realization of method helps achieve common periods of development within entire deposit and also in separate beds of various permeability and thickness and separated from each other by impermeable interlayers. Method implies preliminary determination of length of well horizontal hole in each interlayer with taking consideration of its hydraulic conductivity. Carried out are field and laboratory investigations with determining in each interlayer of outputs of vertical wells, nonuniformity as to permeability and initial oil saturation, and also balance and movable oil reserve and coefficient of displacement. Driving of horizontal hole through reservoir is performed with distribution of its length through interlayers according to formula given in description. EFFECT: high efficiency. 3 tbl
